  • Second day - 2 drops per 50 ml of water.
  • Third day - 3 drops per 50 ml of water (and so on in increasing order, i.e. daily increase the dosage of H2O2 to 10 drops per 100 ml of water at one time).
  • After the maximum (10 drops) dose, pause for 7 days.
  • After this break, reduce the dosage to 3 drops per 50 ml of water.

Then the course continues like this - 3 days break, 3 days on. This therapy is alternated until the symptoms disappear. The duration of the course is on average 40-50 days, depending on the characteristics of the body and the complexity of the disease.

Recipe for children

This method can also treat children, but with strict adherence to the rules. To have health like that of astronauts, you should adhere to the following recommendations and in no case be unauthorized:

  • 1 drop of peroxide per 200 ml of drinking water - 1-4 years;
  • 2-4 drops for the same volume of water - 5-10 years;
  • 6-9 drops per 200 ml of water - 11-15 years.

From the age of 16, you can use the adult regimen described above.

Contraindications

Ivan Pavlovich Neumyvakin strongly warns: despite the effectiveness of this technique, it can have the opposite effect. Therefore, before treatment, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the precautions and be sure (especially when it comes to treating children) to consult a therapist in order to avoid possible consequences. So:

  1. Take no more than 30 drops of peroxide per day.
  2. It is strictly forbidden to use H2O2 undiluted with water for internal use.
  3. Avoid alcohol/smoking for the entire course of treatment.
  4. You cannot combine the simultaneous use of peroxide and blood thinning drugs, as well as products containing acetylsalicylic acid.
  5. There should be an interval of at least half an hour between taking peroxide and other medications.

Side effects

When hydrogen peroxide is taken orally, its composition breaks down into water and molecular oxygen. Thus, tissues are saturated with oxygen from the inside, which stimulates all metabolic processes. At the beginning of a course of such therapy, mild side effects are possible: rapid heartbeat, heartburn, abdominal discomfort, dizziness, weakness, increased sweating. With the help of peroxide, the immune system is stimulated, and the temporary deterioration is directly related to the cleansing of toxins and pathogenic agents. If the course regimen and dosage are not violated, then your health will gradually improve.

Compared to expensive and at the same time ineffective medications for hypertension, hydrogen peroxide is an affordable remedy. After a month of proper use, blood pressure will normalize, and all other signs of arterial hypertension will disappear.
